This is a revitalisation project of 9-11 Staunton Street. In the heart of Hong Kong’s SOHO district, breathing new life into the 1970s tong lau. This six-storey walk-up building includes a ground-level shop floor, five residential floors, and a rooftop. It is being seamlessly transformed into contemporary serviced apartments, demonstrating how older post-war buildings can be preserved and enhanced for modern urban living.
